❤️🔥 What a difference a touch of positivity and passion has!I’ve had such an enjoyable first few weeks at The Old Courthouse in Cheltenham and although there is much work to be done, I cannot stress how exciting it is to be part of the project we’re building here. It’s amazing how passion, positivity and direction is all you need to engage a team and help them get firing in the right direction. I don’t think we value it enough in Hospitality. 🌟Care about your team.🌟Care for your guests. 🌟Set goals that you can all strive together for as a unit. One thing I will always remember from a mentor of mine;🌟Hospitality isn’t just customer service, labour costs and financial percentages. 🌟It’s about how you make your guests ‘FEEL’ and leaving your venue with a happy memory of the service and staff, the atmosphere and the experience. If we can get this part right it’s more than half the battle we have as leaders in the industry.
