iPhone 12 Pro Max is the top-of-the-line model released in 2020 and it comes with a hefty price tag starting from $1,099 for 128GB storage to $1,399 for 512GB storage.
The Pro Max shares a lot of features with the Pro, including the flat-edge design, stainless steel chassis, a Super Retina XDR display using OLED technology, Ceramic Shield front cover, MagSafe accessories, IP68 water resistance, 5G connectivity, and the triple rear camera setup with LiDAR scanner. It is hard to tell the difference between the two, apart from the screen size and SIM tray location.
Under the hood, Apple reserves some huge improvements for the 6.7-inch Pro Max in the camera module. While the ultra-wide sensor stays the same, there are serious upgrades on the other lenses. The primary wide camera features a 47% larger sensor and larger pixels to take low-light photography to the next level. Noticeably, it is equipped with the new sensor-shift optical image stabilization which makes your videos smoother than ever. The telephoto lens has a 65mm focal length which increases the optical zoom reach from 2x to 2.5x and allows you to zoom in closer for portrait shots.

They have some important differences in LTE and 5G connectivity, so you should check carefully if you are not buying from an official Apple Store. Hong Kong version does NOT have mandatory shutter sound. The mandatory sound is for the Japan market. This has been the case since I used my first iPhone 11 years ago.

Got the A2411 set from Singapore and it doesn’t have the mmwave band antenna. But other than initial heating issues and slow scroll speed issues am fine with it. Got the graphite 128gb. I can return it though before 8th jan 2021. Purchased on Nov 17.
