Howdy Folks! I have not posted lately due there being a duplicate LinkedIn account under my name that someone else created, and LinkedIn has been taking literally months to remove it, and they came very close to my removing my REAL account that I spent several years building with over 3K followers. I am super disappointed because some of the leaders of our business that I've met at our conferences have LinkedIn to me, without me realizing they have Linked to a bogus account, I made a list of those folks, and once I can confirm the bogus account is gone for good, I will reach out. I have many closed transactions that I need to post and get caught up on. My apologies to those who I met at the conference and promised to LinkedIn with, but better safe than sorry. That bogus account is still up, the way to tell if you have the real account is by multitude of pictures and many my 'Links", and my picture is in the profile. The bogus account does NOT have a profile pic.The reason I am posting today though is, I didn't want anymore time to go by to share the great news from May 17th. Although I have done many REOs over the years, and tons during the REO Boom for Carrington, (I am with Fay/GenStone now), I am so absolutely thrilled with the great training from one of the Oracle's in the Business, from the Honorable Bubba Mills !!! I've have done several REO classes over the years, none of them can hold a candle to Bubba! The class was intense and very through and spread over several days, and the training was beyond excellent. Every word from Bubba was a Golden Nugget of Knowledge. I'm a Second Generation Broker with over 20 years in the business, and until I had this course, thought I knew my stuff.. Boy did Bubba open my eyes and checked my ego! Over time I've had become a little sloppy and Bubba's course smacked me back to reality, and now I want to apologize to some of my AM's! I love the Bubba line; "If you do this, your AM already hates you.." Anyways, I learned so much from this course I wished I had taken it many, many years ago! Anybody who thinks they are a professional in the default industry MUST take this course! Bubba - Thank you again Sir! Words alone cannot convey my gratitude for the incredible knowledge you shared! I am now officially Bubba's Number One Fan!
